Gypsy Caravan
Gypsy Caravan is an immersive gypsy camp experience, where you, the audience, sit around a central stage area and the action happens all around you!
Throw on your finest gypsy garb and tuck a flower in your hair. Be part of a magical gypsy fiesta, as the dancers and musicians move amongst you. Be entranced by their songs as they sit down beside you. And join in yourself, as the dancers lead you in rhythmic flamenco clapping and dance moves.
Gypsy Caravan returns to the Adelaide Fringe in 2022.

This experience is specifically designed to be performed ‘in the round’, for a festival or outdoor performance, and caters for an audience of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds.
If you are planning a day or multi-day festival or event, Studio Flamenco are able to conduct workshops prior to the performance. The workshops can be catered to teach participants different aspects of flamenco, enabling them to participate in the flamenco clapping, singing or dancing within the show, furthering their engagement with the performance. This enhances the experience of the general audience further, as having confident workshop participants sitting amongst the audience, encourages other audience members to engage and participate in the performance also.
